With beauty and relaxation as our theme, we offer the perfect time for a treat for yourself or to create lasting memories with your loved one. It's also a great option for a new date idea for couples.

How to use

■Step 2 Please confirm	After making your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your reservation details and "Reservation ID" in the email. This will be required when you visit our store.
■Step 3 Visit us	On the day of your appointment, please come to "Ease/Musee Umeda Main Store" or the store where you made your reservation and provide your reservation ID and name.

*Reservations are accepted with advance payment.

*Please note that there may be slight variations in the timing of both the treatment and the meal, so we recommend making your reservation with ample time to spare.

*Please note that in addition to the treatment time, the consultation and other preparations will take approximately 30 minutes.

[Regarding Usage]
*Please note that the menu may change depending on the availability of ingredients and their origins.
*Please inform us of any food allergies at least two days before your scheduled visit.
*Maximum of 2 people per group. Reservations for men only are also accepted.
*Please make your reservation through the hotel's official website by 12:00 PM five days prior to your desired date.
*Reservations are accepted with advance payment.

Regarding cancellation fees

Please note that cancellation fees apply to bookings made after the fact, as detailed below. Please review these fees before making your reservation.
If you cancel on the day or do not show up	We will charge 100% of the plan fee.
In case of cancellation the day before	A 50% fee of the plan price will be charged. *This applies only to inquiries made during business hours.
Cancellation two days prior	A 30% fee of the plan price will be charged. *This applies only to inquiries made during business hours.
