Dear Customers
Regarding the credit card payment service for hotel reservations on our official website, it has come to our attention that some credit card information was leaked due to unauthorized access to the database of Metaps Payment Co., Ltd., the service provider. We sincerely apologize once again for the great inconvenience and concern caused to our customers and all other parties involved.
Following this incident, we had suspended the credit card payment service for hotel reservations on our official website since January 7, 2022. However, after changing the service provider and conducting a Security assessment, we will resume the service from Thursday, June 2, 2022.
We will continue to strive to implement even greater Security measures so that our customers can use our services with peace of mind. We appreciate your continued patronage.
