To further improve customer convenience, we are planning to change our accommodation reservation system on Thursday, January 12, 2023, as detailed below.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the changes to our accommodation reservation system, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
<Regarding the suspension of the hotel reservation system>
Due to system switching work for our hotel reservation system, please be aware that new reservations, as well as confirmation, modification, and cancellation of existing reservations, will be temporarily unavailable during the following times via this website, the official websites of JR-West Hotels, and JR Hotel Membership app.
System downtime scheduled for Thursday, January 12, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (tentative)

Reservations made by 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 12, 2023 will be valid as per the reservation details. To check, change, or cancel a reservation made through our official website or JR Hotel Membership app, please use the following link.

*For enhanced Security, we recommend changing your password to one that combines alphanumeric characters and numbers.
*Please note that the personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Due to changes in our hotel reservation system, some functions of JR Hotel Membership app will be temporarily suspended from 9:00 AM on January 12, 2023.
