Regarding the promotion of repeated use of amenities such as Toothbrush and Hairbrush
JR West Hotels is working to reduce plastic products in order to create hotels that are friendly to everyone and the environment.
We encourage our guests to reuse Toothbrush, Hairbrush, razors, and Shower cap during their stay.Please note that we do not, as a general rule, replace Toothbrush, Hairbrush, razors, or Shower cap in your room. If you require these items to be replaced, please inform a staff member at Front Desk when you visit.
Going forward, we will be reducing plastic products by switching to environmentally friendly amenities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
