This position involves working as Front Desk staff member at Hotel Vischio, a hotel brand specializing in accommodations, to support guests during their stay. Through heartfelt service, we aim to provide guests with a comfortable experience and warm service that makes them want to return.

<Specific job duties>
◎ Reception duties at Front Desk
You will be responsible for check-in and check-out services, while providing thoughtful guidance and support tailored to each guest. By valuing genuine hospitality, you will help create a warm and comfortable experience for every guest throughout their stay.

◎ Handling phone reservations and guest inquiries
Respond to accommodation reservations, provide information on available plans, and handle changes and cancellations. Carefully listen to guests’ requests and recommend the most suitable plans to help create a more satisfying stay experience.

◎ Providing hotel information and various guest services
Provide information on hotel facilities and nearby attractions, as well as assist with restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements, to help guests enjoy a more comfortable stay. By identifying guests’ needs through everyday conversations, you will be expected to deliver thoughtful service that creates memorable experiences.

Front Desk staff are the vital link between guests and the hotel. Let's work together to provide heartwarming hospitality, valuing smiles and attentiveness.
Salary Basic salary: 185,000 yen - 280,000 yen
Fixed overtime pay: None

No fixed commuting, perfect attendance, or family allowances are provided to all employees.

Work arrangement: Flexible working hours
Actual working hours: 8 hours per day
Average number of working days: 21 to 22 days per month *Variable working hours system, 1-month cycle
<Day shift> 9:00-18:00, 8:00-17:00
<Night Shift> 15:00 - 9:00 the next day, 14:30 - 8:30 the next day
◎Overtime work: Required (average of 24 hours per month) Special provisions in the 36 Agreement apply
(Extendable up to 45 hours per month and 720 hours per year)
◎Break time: 1 hour
