This hotel may refuse to enter into a lodging contract in the following cases:
Guests are required to abide by the rules and regulations set forth and posted within the hotel while on the premises.
If our hotel is unable to provide a guest with the room they have contracted, we will, with the guest's consent, arrange alternative accommodation under the same conditions as far as possible.
When hotel guests use our contracted parking lot, we do not assume responsibility for the management of their vehicles. We are not liable for any theft or accidents that occur in the parking lot.
If the hotel suffers damage due to the intentional act or negligence of a guest, the guest shall compensate the hotel for such damage.

The banquet hall is available for use from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM as a general rule.
The following surcharge rates shall apply for the use of banquet facilities outside the contracted hours.
9:00 PM to 12:00 AM: 30% surcharge on the banquet hall/ Conference Rooms fee per hour.
12:00 AM to 6:00 AM: 50% surcharge on the banquet hall/ Conference Rooms fee per hour.
6:00 AM to 9:00 AM: 30% surcharge on the banquet hall/ Conference Rooms fee per hour.
Additionally, if you use the banquet hall for meals, the room charge will be waived for up to two hours (however, breakfast is limited to one hour and thirty minutes). An overtime charge will apply if you exceed this time.
Additionally, preparation and cleanup time before and after the banquet is free of charge for up to one hour. However, if it exceeds one hour, an additional room charge will be applied according to the excess time.
Please inform the hotel staff of the final number of people for whom meals and other arrangements will be made (hereinafter referred to as the number of paying guests) at least four days before the date of the banquet or event (hereinafter referred to as the banquet, etc.).
After that date, all arrangements will have been finalized. Therefore, even if the number of guests attending the banquet or other event falls below the number of paying guests, we will charge you for the full number of paying guests.
In the event of cancellation or change of the date of a banquet, etc., for which a reservation has been made in accordance with these terms and conditions, the following cancellation and change fees will be charged. However, if the arrangements have already been made for the entire period, the actual cost will be charged.

If you wish to directly request decorations, floral arrangements, sound systems, lighting, entertainment, or gifts for banquets or other events from vendors other than those designated by the hotel, please contact the hotel in advance and obtain our approval before placing your order to ensure the smooth operation of your event.
With the hotel's consent, the hotel will directly instruct vendors hired by guests to carry out the delivery and removal of equipment and materials for decorations, entertainment, and other events related to banquets, etc., as well as the determination of the size and installation method of signs, etc., and the setting of installation locations, etc., in accordance with certain rules, taking into account the hotel's aesthetics and traffic flow.
Guests (including all parties on the guest's side) and any contractors directly hired by the guest are requested to take utmost care not to damage or break any of the hotel's facilities, furnishings, or equipment.
In the event that you damage or break any of our hotel facilities, furnishings, or equipment, please notify us immediately. We will then provide you with instructions regarding repairs, and we ask that you either promptly carry out the repairs or bear the cost of compensation for the damage.
The following activities are prohibited. We kindly ask for your cooperation in refraining from the acts listed below.
This hotel will not enter into this agreement if any of the following conditions apply:
Hotel Vischio Amagasaki is equipped with comprehensive emergency preparedness systems for emergencies such as fires and earthquakes. Furthermore, we ensure the safety of our guests by conducting regular disaster drills and maintaining an effective emergency response system.

The contract will be concluded when the customer signs the hotel's designated "Wedding Reception Application Form" and pays the designated reservation deposit.
A deposit will be required at the time of this agreement. This deposit will be treated as part of the wedding reception fee or as a partial payment for any cancellation or change fees.
Payment can be made by bank transfer to the designated financial institution or in cash, based on the amount presented by our hotel. Please make the payment at least 5 days before the event date. If there is a remaining balance, please pay it within 21 days of the event date.
Please inform our hotel staff of the final number of people for whom meals and other arrangements will be made (hereinafter referred to as the "paying guests") at least four days before the event date. After that date, all arrangements will be completed, and even if the number of paying guests decreases, you will be charged for the full number of paying guests.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of a reserved wedding banquet, the following cancellation and rescheduling fees will apply.

If the price of the food has not yet been determined, the price will be based on 8,000 yen per person.
The number of guests will be calculated based on the number of people (expected) to attend at the time of application.
If the estimated amount of the wedding party has not been presented to both families, the estimated amount of the wedding party will be calculated based on the content of the meeting at that stage and the (estimated) number of attendees at the time of application.
The contracted time for using wedding reception venues, etc., from start to finish (hereinafter referred to as "banquet time") is free of charge. However, if the banquet time is exceeded, a prescribed additional fee will be charged. Also, depending on the next venue usage time, we may not be able to accommodate exceeding the usage time. Thank you for your understanding.
If you wish to directly request decorations, floral arrangements, sound, lighting, entertainment, wedding favors, etc., for your wedding reception from vendors other than those designated by our hotel, please contact the hotel in advance and obtain our approval before placing your order to ensure the smooth operation of your event.
With the hotel's approval, the hotel will directly instruct vendors hired by guests to carry out decorations, entertainment, equipment and materials related to wedding receptions, as well as the size and installation methods of signs and other items, and the setting of their locations, in accordance with certain rules, taking into account the hotel's aesthetics and traffic flow.
Guests (including all parties on the guest's side) and any contractors directly hired by the guest are requested to take utmost care not to damage or break any of the hotel's facilities, furnishings, or equipment. In the event that any of the hotel's facilities, furnishings, or equipment are damaged or broken, please notify the hotel immediately, and we will provide instructions regarding repairs. Please either promptly carry out the repairs or bear the cost of compensation for the damage.
