Basic Policy for Preventing Bribery of
Foreign Public Officials

• In light of the growing global recognition of the importance of fair trade in the global economy, our hotel has established a "Basic Policy for Preventing Bribery of Foreign Public Officials, etc." to ensure that each of our executives and employees continues to sincerely respond to the trust and expectations placed upon us by our guests and society at large.

1. Legal compliance

・We comply with the Unfair Competition Prevention Act and other anti-bribery laws in each country (hereinafter referred to as "anti-bribery laws").

2. Prohibition of Bribery

・We do not provide direct or indirect monetary or other benefits to foreign public officials, etc., for the purpose of making them perform acts related to their duties in order to obtain improper business profits.

3. Education and awareness

・To enhance the effectiveness of the previous two items, we conduct appropriate educational activities within the company.

4. Reporting system

・If we violate or risk violations of the Anti-Bribery Act and this Basic Policy, we promptly report to the internal office and respond appropriately as an organization.
