You can choose your main dish from the following four options.

Setouchi-caught sea bream in a bouillabaisse style, a dish fragrant with Bizen white miso.
Confit of Okayama Prefecture-produced Forest Chicken Thigh, served as a warm salad.
Roasted "Buta Chin Kan" pork, a three-breed pig raised in Bisei, Okayama Prefecture, with a ginger accent.
Sautéed Kiyomaro beef loin from Okayama Prefecture with homemade mustard sauce (additional charge: ¥2,000)
