Munemichi Kurozumi
[The 7th head of the Kurozumi-kyo Shinto sect worships the sunrise 365 days a year without interruption.]
The school was founded in 1814, during the late Edo period.
It was one of the three major new religious movements of the late Edo period that was the first to be officially recognized as a separate sect by the Meiji government, and is said to be a Shinto religious group that is closest to the teachings of Shinto, Japan's traditional religion.
The facility also houses works donated by Shuji Mukai and Tadanori Yokoo.

The swordsmith established his forge in Osafune town, home to the Bizen Osafune Sword Museum, which houses the national treasure "Tachi Mumei Ichimonji (Mitorige)," considered the pinnacle of Bizen swords.

You can purchase your favorite pieces while learning about Bizen ware techniques and how to appreciate them from TAKUMI.
Depending on the time of year, you may even be able to witness the firing and unloading of the kiln.
He is the great-uncle of Jun Isezaki, a holder of the Important Intangible Cultural Property designation for Bizen ware. He is committed to creating pottery using unglazed, high-fired stoneware, wood-fired kilns, and Bizen clay.
