In TEA LOUNGE, we will be bringing back the popular "Shrimp Pilaf," a favorite dish at "Grill Zedar" when New Building (now West Building) opened in 1984 (Showa 59), for a limited time to commemorate the reopening of West Building West Wing. We have recreated the nostalgic yet elegant taste of pilaf that is fragrant and stir-fried, with the delicious flavor of plump shrimp locked in. Please enjoy this special dish, recreated by our current head chef, along with your memories of that time.
