Cancellation fees, etc. If you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged from the day before your scheduled arrival date, in accordance with our accommodation terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation the day before arrival: 20% of the accommodation fee
Cancellation on the day of arrival: 80% of the accommodation fee
No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
