We wanted to create a community where these people could come together through beer, and that's how we started in Semba in February 2023. Learn more here >

I added salt, coriander, and blackcurrant puree to bring it closer to a crimson color. The saltiness and deep acidity are well-balanced, and it also gives the impression of being brewed with Belgian-type yeast.
Domyouji Beer
Craft beer brewed in a town (a World Heritage Site) surrounded by beautiful imperial tombs. In addition to Standard styles, their fruit ales, made with locally sourced fruits including those grown on the grounds of Domyoji Tenmangu Shrine, are particularly popular. Available for purchase at the adjacent "MONZEN," a renovated old house that will serve as a tourist information center and a hub for local information. Learn more here >

Foam No. 2 IPA
Beer type: IPA
A staple IPA from Hibi Ichiawa Brewery. It boasts a complex aroma of citrus, tropical notes, and pine from American hops Cascade and Mosaic. A subtle sweetness from caramel malt and a clean, pleasant bitterness. This IPA offers a delightful balance of complex aromas and bitterness.
Sparkling Water No. 7 Blueberry SAISON
Beer type: Fruits SAISON
A purple liquid from the tap. No flavorings or purees are used; only fresh blueberries are used. Behind the fruity and spicy yeast aroma and dry finish typical of a Saison, nuances reminiscent of blueberry skin and a lingering finish of polyphenols quietly unfold. It's refreshing and a little sophisticated, with a finish that's almost like purple champagne.
Foam No. 8 SESSION #02
Beer type: SESSION IPA
We aimed to create a beer that truly captures the joy of summer. We primarily used Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand, known for their cool and refreshing aroma reminiscent of white grapes and muscat. Combined with the smooth mouthfeel of wheat malt, we created a light, refreshing, yet satisfying hoppy Session IPA. Let's raise a glass to the start of summer!
