Legal compliance
We comply with the Unfair Competition Prevention Act and other anti-bribery laws in each country (hereinafter referred to as "anti-bribery laws").
Prohibition of bribery
We do not directly or indirectly provide money or other benefits to foreign public officials, etc., for the purpose of obtaining unfair business gains, such as by having them perform acts related to their duties.
Education and Awareness-raising
To enhance the effectiveness of the two preceding items, we will conduct appropriate training activities within the company.
Reporting system
We will promptly report any violations or potential violations of the Anti-Bribery Act and these Basic Policies to our internal contact point and take appropriate action as an organization.
