[Announcement] Changes to the Osaka Prefecture Accommodation Tax System

Please be advised that the accommodation tax system was changed on Monday, September 1, 2025.
The accommodation rates listed on our hotel's official website include only service charges and consumption tax.
*This offer applies to reservations made on or after September 1st, 2025 (Monday).
*For the purpose of the accommodation tax, "accommodation fee" refers to the charge for accommodation only, and does not include meals, breakfast, or other similar charges.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

[Accommodation Tax Rate (Effective September 1, 2025)]
• Less than 5,000 yen: No tax will be levied.
・For purchases between 5,000 yen and 15,000 yen: 200 yen
・For purchases between 15,000 yen and 20,000 yen: 400 yen
・For purchases of 20,000 yen or more: 500 yen
*The accommodation tax rate is calculated per person per night based on the accommodation fee.

- An amount equivalent to the consumption tax, etc.

(Examples) Conference Rooms, banquets, video, cleaning, telephone, parking, etc.
