Regarding the "JR-West Hotels Summer SDGs Month" initiative
JR-West Hotels will be calling the period from June 5th (Thursday), which is World Environment Day, to August 31st (Sunday), which includes Cool Earth Day (July 7th), "JR-West Hotels Summer SDGs Month," and will be implementing various initiatives at its 13 group hotels.
Hospitality that evokes a sense of coolness.
■We will be offering chilled "glass jelly" made from unused juice and coffee at our breakfast buffet.
*This is a limited-quantity item and will be discontinued once supplies run out. Please be aware of this beforehand.
Offer period: July 1st (Wednesday) - August 31st (Monday)
■ Distribution of sustainable fans
The frame of this fan utilizes leftover coffee grounds from our hotel group, creating new value from something that would otherwise be discarded and contributing to waste reduction. Furthermore, the fan's design incorporates fireworks, the brand color of the JR-West Hotels, expressing the connection between each hotel and its respective region.
Distribution period: From July 27th (Monday) *Ends when supplies run out
■From August 3rd (Mon) to August 16th (Sun), we will be offering a complimentary cold welcome drink to all our hotel guests.
*These are located in the elevator lobby on the 19th floor, timed to coincide with CHECK IN hours.
Energy-saving measures
■ Raising the air conditioning temperature by 1°C will result in a reduction of approximately 10% in power consumption. Therefore, we will implement an initiative to raise the air conditioning temperature in public spaces within the hotel by 1°C compared to normal levels.

Time: 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM each day
