The basic chocolate tart has five layers from top to bottom: "chocolate glaze," "chocolate cream," "chocolate cake," "crust," and "tart shell."
In particular, our "Crème Chocolat" uses Valrhona's "Guanara 70%" from France, which boasts a harmonious balance of rich yet delicate bitterness and aroma, resulting in a cream that melts smoothly in your mouth, much like a crème brûlée. You can enjoy the surprising sensation of it melting away without being fully emulsified.
Furthermore, the "Gateau Chocolat" generously uses "Chocolante 60 Days Vietnam," a chocolate made from Vietnamese cacao beans processed within 60 days of harvest. Amidst the bitterness, you can experience a fresh cacao aroma and fruitiness unlike anything you've ever tasted before.
