The sponge cake, which took six months to develop, is baked at a low temperature using fresh cream and oil instead of butter, resulting in a moist and light texture that melts in your mouth. Furthermore, it uses flavorful fresh cream from Nemuro-Kushiro, Hokkaido, whipped at a low speed, creating a simple yet luxurious finish. Please enjoy this satisfyingly voluminous premium shortcake.
