Chocolate roll cake
A moist, perfectly baked pastry encases a smooth cream filling, finished with a rich chocolate cream topping. Enjoy the aroma and lingering taste of chocolate.

cream puff
This exquisite treat features a perfectly baked cookie choux pastry filled with a rich custard cream and a two-layered cream made with fresh cream from the Nemuro-Kushiro region of Hokkaido, resulting in a delightful combination of pastry and cream.

Cheesecake
This two-layered cheesecake features baked cheesecake and rare cheesecake layered on a cookie base. It's encased in a refreshing lime-flavored cream, resulting in a light and airy taste.

Pudding
This dessert features a rich pudding made with carefully selected ingredients, layered perfectly with fresh cream. A hint of roasted green tea in the caramel adds a fragrant accent.
