To ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and to further improve the quality of our services, Nara Hotel will be changing its service charges as follows.
We kindly ask for your understanding and continued patronage.

The service charge will be changed from 10% to 15%.
■Date of change
Starting October 1, 2024 (Tuesday)
■Other
① For accommodations and wedding/banquet reservations made on or after September 1, 2024, the new rates will apply.
② For reservations made on or after August 21, 2024, at each restaurant, bar, and tea Lounge,
The new rates will be applied.
*Please note that for reservations already made for use on or after October 1, 2024, the current 10% service charge will apply.
