A special Akahada ware mug with a design by Masato Oshio Kiln

Akahada-yaki Masato Kiln is located near Yakushi-ji Temple and produces pottery characterized by its soft, reddish-white texture and Nara-style patterns based on fairy tales and other themes.
These are original products that can only be purchased at our museum, so please be sure to buy them.

The front features a Japanese-style chandelier from Nara Hotel, while the back depicts a deer logo and the three mountains of Yamato.

◆ Shibi 6,600 yen (tax included)
The front features a shibi (ornamental roof finial) which is placed on the roof of our building as a charm against fire, while the back depicts a giboshi (decorative finial) and a deer logo made by the Oshio Masato Kiln, which are used to decorate the staircase of our building.
