Hotel Announcement
As part of the pre-closure promotion "Register - Recording the Present, Moving Towards the Future," Chapter 3, we produced a limited edition of 1,000 copies of "A History Reading Board Game."
When you hear the word "sugoroku," many people probably have fond memories of playing it in their childhood.
This "Reading History Sugoroku" will take you through the history of Nara Hotel, making you feel as if you've traveled back in time to your childhood.
We planned this project with the hope that people would learn about it in an enjoyable way.

It all started in 1909 when the company was founded, and the goal is the large-scale renovation New Building that will take place next year.

The design features a pop yet subdued color scheme, resulting in a deeply nostalgic and sophisticated look.
The board game features squares that detail the hotel's main history, interspersed with columns and quizzes, and designed to help players reach the goal with warm, hand-drawn illustrations.
Furthermore, the back of the striking illustration of the hotel's exterior is actually a voucher for an original die that can be used after the hotel's renovation in 2026, reflecting the hotel staff's desire to see guests again after the reopening.
