Pastry chef Misato Fujino
Joined the company in 2015.
In the same year, she won the Grand Prize at the "12th Kiri Cream Cheese Competition Junior Division." Subsequently, she won awards at the "West Japan Confectionery Contest" and the "Japan Cake Show Tokyo" in the Piece Artistic (sugar art) category. In April 2024, she won first place at "The Pastry Queen Japan Preliminary Round 2024."
