Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel Granvia Osaka.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to secure a sufficient quantity of "Nanatani Duck," which was scheduled to be served at Japanese Restaurant OSAKA UKIHASHI, due to difficulties in obtaining it from our supplier.
Despite having already announced it in our menu and press release, we sincerely apologize to our customers who were looking forward to it for not being able to meet your expectations. We deeply regret this.

We are currently carefully considering all options, including alternative ingredients.
