This plan allows you to hold web conferences comfortably and affordably using a hotel venue. A dedicated fiber optic line will be provided at the venue, ensuring a stable communication environment to support your needs.

- Reservations are accepted from two months to ten days prior to your desired date of use.
- If you wish to use Plan B or require audio equipment for web use, please let us know at least 10 days in advance.
- Available on weekdays from 10:00 to 16:00.
- You may enter the room one hour before your scheduled use time to prepare. An additional extension fee will be charged for preparation time exceeding one hour, or for use exceeding two hours.
- Please prepare your own computer and web conferencing application (such as ZOOM) account.
- We will charge you based on the number of participants.
- There is no hotel-only parking available.
Plan A (Up to 30 people (School style) / 2-hour usage / 60㎡ area)
This small Conference Rooms plan is recommended for meetings and discussions with up to 30 participants on-site.
Basic equipment such as screens and projectors are included in the plan price. There is no limit to the number of online participants.

Plan B (Maximum 60 people (School style) / 2-hour usage / Area: 132 sq m)
This plan is recommended for lectures with up to 60 on-site participants, or for web conferences that primarily involve interactive streaming, such as speakers joining from different locations.
In addition to basic equipment such as screens and projectors, we provide professional sound staff and equipment to support more stable web streaming. There is no limit to the number of online participants.
