We have prepared a surprise plan that includes a set of preserved flowers and a voucher for a pair of meals at FLEUVE, a restaurant specializing in authentic French cuisine.
Please use this for a variety of occasions, including Mother's Day, Father's Day, Respect for the Aged Day, and anniversaries with your partner.

Usage fees
Regular price	1 set ¥25,000

The pair meal voucher can be used two days or more after the desired delivery date of the surprise gift set.
Cancellations or reductions in the number of participants on the day of the event will incur a 100% charge. Please see our cancellation policy for details.
Discounts, including hotel membership discounts, are not applicable.

Contents of the "Surprise Gift Set"
Pair of dining vouchers / Preserved flowers (Size including box: 14.5cm x 14.5cm x 9cm)
*We will deliver it by mail.
*Reservations made at least 10 days in advance can be made to choose from "white, red, yellow, blue, or pink".
*We will prepare it with your desired message (approximately 15 characters).

How to make a reservation
Step 1	Please make your reservation through the hotel's official website by 12:00 PM, five days prior to your desired delivery date. (Reservations are accepted only with advance payment.) During busy periods such as Mother's Day, we may not be able to deliver on your specified delivery date, so please contact the store in advance.
Step 2	Please fill in the required fields on the [Reservation Form]. *Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for reservations made less than 7 days before your desired delivery date.
Step 3	After receiving your reservation, the store will call you to confirm details such as your address. If you miss the call, please contact the store. Please note that if we are unable to contact you four days before your desired delivery date, the item will be mailed to the address you provided.

Regarding cancellation fees

Please note that cancellation fees apply to bookings made after the fact, as detailed below. Please review these fees before making your reservation.

If you cancel on the day or do not show up	We will charge 100% of the plan fee.
In case of cancellation the day before	We will charge you 50% of the plan fee. *We only accept inquiries during business hours.
Cancellation two days prior	We will charge you 30% of the plan fee. *We only accept inquiries during business hours.
