We carefully showcase the bounty of this season on each plate, offering a culinary experience where you can discover new flavors with every visit. Please take your time and enjoy a moment that will gently linger in your heart.

At Café & Dining "IGNITE," we offer a gorgeous glass parfait featuring Shine Muscat grapes. The sweetness of juicy Shine Muscat grapes takes center stage, complemented by fromage blanc mousse, mint jelly, and rock salt milk ice cream for a refreshing finish. The top is adorned with hazelnut tuile and mint sugar work, while lemon-flavored macarons, walnut crumble, and Pearl croquant add a delightful textural accent. To finish, a fragrant sauce made with honey, elderflower, and lemon is poured over the parfait right in front of you, allowing you to enjoy a special moment as the flavors change. This seasonal parfait offers a rich experience from start to finish, with caramelized pie, liqueur-soaked raisins, and chocolate on the plate as well as the contents of the glass.
