なにわ食彩「しずく」では、季節の味覚を少しずつ楽しめる、彩り豊かな御膳をご用意しました。青菜の浸しや菊花なます、国産牛の葡萄酒煮、柿と利休麩の胡麻酢和えなど、九種の猪口料理に大阪産キヌヒカリ米を釜炊きで仕上げる加薬ご飯を添えて。和の繊細な味わいと旬の恵みを、目にも舌にも華やかにお楽しみください。
