Miwa somen noodles, which were certified as a "100-Year Food (*)" this March, offer an authentic taste from the birthplace of somen noodles.
(*This is an initiative by the Agency for Cultural Affairs that aims to pass on food culture that has continued for 100 years, calling it "100-Year Food.")
Let's learn about the history of somen noodles!
Lecture by Mr. Omae, Managing Director of Matsuda, a Miwa Somen noodle company founded in 1830 (16:00-)
Enjoy a fun talk about somen noodles, including their history and tips for cooking them deliciously (free of charge).
