Due to a mail server issue, we have been experiencing problems since last night with reservation confirmation emails not being sent correctly and with error screens appearing when reservations are completed.

Reservation confirmation emails (for reservations completed, changed, or canceled) are not being sent. An error screen is displayed when completing or canceling a reservation.
[Time of Outage] From 16:20 onwards, May 1, 2023 (Monday)
Even if an error screen is displayed, your reservation may still be valid.
Please check your reservation on your My Page or contact Nara Hotel Accommodation Department at 0742-24-3011.
