At Hotel Granvia Osaka, in order to improve the environment for guests to use the hotel comfortably and to maintain and improve the quality of our services, we will revise our service charges as follows, effective October 1, 2024 (Tuesday).

Starting October 1, 2024 (Tuesday)
*This offer applies to reservations made on or after September 1st, 2024 (Sunday).
■Contents
A 15% service charge will be added to the total amount spent.
*For reservations already made, you can use them even after October 1st, 2024 (Tuesday).
A service charge will be applied at the time of booking.
We sincerely apologize to all of you who have always supported us, but we ask for your understanding regarding the circumstances.
