[Appeared on Kansai TV's "Kamaitachi's Tabletop Theory Castle"!] Sweets made by pastry chef Misato Fujino are now on sale.

Our hotel's pastry chef, Fujino, won first place in the Japanese preliminary round of "The Pastry Queen," an international pastry competition, held in April 2024.
You can enjoy Fujino's sweets at the following three stores.
● "Mellow," a cake that has previously won the top prize.

●An adapted dessert of "Tiramisu" that was served on the program.

*For an additional charge of 1,500 yen, you can enjoy Tiramisu as a dessert with the "Menu Etoile ~Flash~" dinner course.

Pastry chef Misato Fujino
She joined the hotel in 2015. In the Japanese preliminary round of "The Pastry Queen," she competed by creating works in three categories—verrine, chocolate entremet, and sugar confectionery pièce montée—with the theme of "Michelangelo, the Renaissance artist," within a four-hour time limit. In addition to winning the "Artistic Award" and the "Taste Award," she achieved a brilliant overall victory.
