Apology and Notice Regarding the Fire That Occurred Inside the Building
Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel Vischio Osaka.
At approximately 6:39 AM on Saturday, July 4, 2026, a fire broke out in a guest room at our hotel.
We sincerely apologize for the great concern and inconvenience caused to our hotel guests, local residents, and all those involved.
Following the activation of the automatic fire alarm system, hotel staff immediately rushed to the affected room and extinguished the fire using fire extinguishers. We have also confirmed that no guests or staff were injured.
We are currently investigating the cause of the fire, but at this time, a mobile battery is suspected to have caused it.
Please note that when staying with us, we kindly ask that you refrain from charging your devices while you are away from your room, and that you double-check the safety of any charging equipment you are using. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
The safety of the site has now been fully confirmed, and the hotel is operating as usual.
