From now until Friday, May 31st, the "Cafe&Buffet DISH PARADE" on the second floor will be hosting "Traveling Buffet: A Tour of Kyushu's Delicious Food," featuring regional dishes from Kyushu. On Sunday, May 19th, we will have a one-day-only "Kagoshima Day," where you can sample Satsuma shochu, try new Kagoshima tea, and meet the local character "Guriboo."

This traveling buffet features delicious food from Kyushu, a treasure trove of cuisine. The menu includes Nagasaki's specialty, "Beef Steak - Sasebo's famous Lemon Steak Style," "Rich Tofu" made with soybeans from Saga, Oita's "Hita Yakisoba" with noodles fried until crispy, as well as Fukuoka's famous "Motsunabe" (offal hot pot), Kumamoto's famous "Karashi Renkon" (mustard lotus root), Miyazaki's famous "Chicken Nanban," and Kagoshima's "Sweet and Sour Pork" with black vinegar, among many other regional dishes from Kyushu.
Furthermore, Hotel Granvia Hiroshima Japanese restaurant "Setouchi" has supervised the creation of a "Braised Pork Belly Sandwich"! Braised pork belly, simmered slowly until tender, is sandwiched between slices of toasted bread. The combination of the braised pork belly, flavored with star anise, and the mentaiko mayonnaise topping is sure to be addictive! Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy delicious Kyushu cuisine.
Also, on Sunday, May 19th, we will be holding a one-day-only "Kagoshima Day"! On that day, Guriboo, the local character of Kagoshima Prefecture who grew up in Kagoshima, a place full of flowers and greenery, will be there to greet customers, and you can take pictures with him. In addition, there will be a tasting corner for Satsuma shochu, an essential part of Kyushu cuisine, and a corner where you can sample new Kagoshima tea.
