A new encounter between food, sake, and wine: 'Tasting Showdown 2024' dinner event to be held.
Hotel Granvia Hiroshima (Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, President: Masayoshi Shimada) will hold a dinner event, "Feast of Food - Sake and Wine Tasting Showdown 2024," in its banquet hall on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
The main event is the "Sake and Wine Pairing Voting" competition. Award-winning chefs from Hotel Granvia Hiroshima will prepare exquisite dishes, paired with wine by a sommelier and sake by a sake sommelier, and the winner will be decided by the votes of the participating guests. There will also be a raffle to win prizes such as wines recommended by the master sommelier.
