Hotel Granvia Kyoto (General Manager: Kazumasa Ukyo), operated by West Japan Railway Hotel Development Ltd. (Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, President: Masafumi Ise), will be offering two types of Ehomaki (lucky direction sushi rolls) at its Japanese restaurant "Ukihashi." One type features domestic beef fillet cutlet and domestic beef loin simmered in Kurama style, allowing you to enjoy both ingredients at once by biting into it in the direction you want. The other type features a whole spiny lobster tempura. Reservations for these will begin on Thursday, January 9, 2025. This year's Ehomaki will also be delicious, allowing you to savor the unique flavors of each roll until the very last bite.
