Chef Kishimoto of our hotel's Italian kitchen "Verde Cassa," who became the Asian champion at the "2nd World Pâté Croûte Championship Asian Tournament," will be offering original dishes featuring "Kindai Red Sea Bream®" prepared using cooking methods such as Western-style tempura (beignets) and kelp curing to bring out its delicious flavor.
