JR-West Hotels' "Autumn SDGs Month" features various food-related initiatives, including the provision of sustainable soup curry.

■ Hotel Granvia Kyoto
Offer period: 9/25-10/31
Serving location: Le Temps, Cafe Restaurant on the 2nd floor, at the breakfast buffet.
In addition to adding leftover roast beef to the soup curry, we will also provide seasonal vegetables from "Tawawa Asatsuyu (Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture)" and "roasted okara" (soy pulp) from "Kuzaeya (Ukyo Ward, Kyoto City)" as separate toppings, which are flavored with curry.

■ Hotel Granvia Osaka
Offer period: 9/25-10/31
Serving location: Breakfast buffet at the French restaurant "Fleuve" on the 19th floor.
We will be serving this as an Osaka-style curry, featuring "beef tendon stew" and our "secret mixed spice blend."
During this period, you can also enjoy "Soup Curry Kitsune Udon," which is a variation of "Osaka Kitsune Udon" where the broth is replaced with soup curry.

■ Hotel Granvia Wakayama

In addition to serving tenderly simmered beef tendons in the soup curry, we also offer locally produced autumn seasonal vegetables (pumpkin, sweet potato, mushrooms, carrots, lotus root, etc.) as separate toppings. You can also enjoy a change of flavor by using the separately provided "Wakayama Kanja Sansho" or "Kitayama Village Jabara" powder.

■ Hotel Granvia Okayama

Serving location: Breakfast buffet at the "APPLAUSE" dining and bar on the 19th floor.
As a separate topping, we will provide seasonal vegetables delivered directly from Maniwa City in northern Okayama Prefecture.

■ Hotel Granvia Hiroshima

Serving location: Dish Parade, a cafe and buffet on the 2nd floor, at the breakfast buffet.
In addition to adding beef scraps to the soup curry, we also offer seasonal vegetables (such as mushrooms and root vegetables) from Koyacho in northern Ibaraki Prefecture as a separate topping.

■ Nara Hotel
Offer period: 10/4-10/31
Available at: TEA LOUNGE, 1st floor Main Building, 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM (limited to 10 servings per day)
We will be serving soup curry made with chicken wings and thighs from Nara Prefecture's "Yamato Nikudori" chicken, along with off-grade vegetables and mushrooms from Totsukawa Village.
 
■ Hotel Vischio Kyoto
Offer period: 9/25-10/31
Serving location: Breakfast buffet at the "VISCHIO GARDEN" restaurant on the 1st floor.
We will be serving tenderly cooked scraps of domestic steak (tendons) added to the soup curry, and as a separate topping, we will be offering seasonal vegetables from "Tawawa Asatsuyu" (Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture).

■ Hotel Vischio Osaka
Offer period: 9/25-10/31
Serving location: Italian kitchen "Verde Cassa" on the 1st floor, at the lunch buffet.
We use beef tendons, which are generated during the shaping of beef within the hotel, to soften and serve as an ingredient in our soup curry.

■ Hotel Vischio Amagasaki
Offer period: 10/1-10/31
Serving location: Breakfast buffet at the West River Cafe & Restaurant on the 2nd floor.
We add onions from Awaji Island and Rokko miso to enhance the sweetness and richness, and serve it with tenderly simmered beef tendons.
