We have received multiple reports in Japan of suspicious messages being sent to customers who made reservations through Booking.com. Our group hotels have also confirmed that some customers have received suspicious messages via WhatsApp, email, etc. These messages are disguised as reservation confirmations and include requests for credit card information or URL links that lead to phishing sites.

If you receive a suspicious message like the one described above, please do not access any URL links provided.
Furthermore, we will never contact you directly via email, social media, or any other means to inform you of such matters.

We are currently contacting Booking.com to confirm the details regarding this matter.
Furthermore, as part of our group hotels' Security measures, we have already taken necessary steps, such as changing the login password for the Booking.com management system.
