The best rate applies if all of the following conditions are met.
- Same hotel
- Same stay dates (arrival date and departure date)
- Same number of users
- Same Guest room type
- Same bed specifications
- Same length of stay (CHECK IN and CHECK OUT times)
- Same payment/settlement method
- Same booking deadline (matching conditions such as early bird discounts and last-minute discounts, up to ○ days in advance)
- Same cancellation conditions
- Same meal content

Not eligible for best rate
The following cases are not eligible for the best rate:
