Apology and Notice Regarding Menu Errors at West River
Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel Vischio Amagasaki.
It has come to our attention that, at the breakfast buffet in our hotel restaurant "West River," we were serving rolled omelets made with eggs from Ako, Hyogo Prefecture, which were labeled as "rolled omelets made with eggs from Ako, Hyogo Prefecture," but at certain times, we were actually using eggs that were from Hyogo Prefecture but not from Ako.
We sincerely apologize to our customers for providing them with items that differed from those listed on the menu.

[Contents]
The menu sign displayed "Dashi-maki made with eggs from Ako, Hyogo Prefecture," but during certain hours, we were serving dashi-maki made with eggs from Hyogo Prefecture.

We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience and worry caused to our customers who used our services.
Upon discovering this issue, we immediately switched to the appropriate product and reviewed our system for verifying the products we offer and managing their labeling to prevent recurrence.
