[Nara Hotel] This Valentine's Day, revel in Nara's history and fine sake. Based on a monk's diary, a sake from the Muromachi period will be recreated. "A Feast of French Cuisine and Fine Sake Nara Hotel: Savoring 'Kofuku-ji Tamon-in x Mizubata 1568'"
Nara Hotel Co., Ltd. (1096 Takahata-cho, Nara City; President and CEO: Ryuta Harada) will host "A Feast of Nara Hotel French Cuisine and Fine Wines, Savoring 'Kofuku-ji Tamon-in Temple x Mizubata 1568'" on Friday, February 14, 2025.
This event will allow you to enjoy the pairing of sake from Yucho Brewery, including "Kofukuji Tamon-in x Mizuhata 1568," with dishes created by the hotel's chef. Before the meal, Abbot Akimitsu Tsuji of Kofukuji Jonyoin and Chohei Yamamoto, the 13th generation president of Yucho Brewery, will hold a dialogue about the brewing process of "Kofukuji Tamon-in x Mizuhata 1568" and the Tamon-in Diary.
