Hotel Granvia Hiroshima (Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, President: Masayoshi Shimada) will be selling "Love-Struck Carrot White Chocolate Tart," made with carrots from Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, at its 2nd floor "Patisserie Dish Parade" from February 1st (Sat) to March 15th (Sat), 2025, including Valentine's Day and White Day. The tart was developed by the hotel's pastry chefs based on an idea conceived by students in Hiroshima City.
