The only remaining register book (guest register) dating back to the hotel's founding in 1909 has been restored after approximately nine months, and the exhibit has reopened.
Nara Hotel Co., Ltd. (1096 Takahata-cho, Nara City, President: Ryuta Harada) spent approximately nine months restoring the only remaining register book (guest register) at Nara Hotel, in commemoration of its 115th anniversary last year, and reopened the exhibition on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 12:30.
To commemorate the return of the Register Book, the design of the display case in front of Main Building lobby has been revamped to reflect the Register Book's design. Panel displays detailing the restoration work and a restored ink-blotting paper discovered during the restoration process are also on display.
