West Japan Railway Hotel Development Ltd., Ltd. (Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture; President and CEO: Masafumi Ise) is pleased to announce that it has decided to open a new hotel brand of JR West Hotels (hereinafter referred to as "Planned Hotel") in the "Umeda 3-chome Project (tentative name)," which is being developed in the Osaka Station West District, including the former Osaka Central Post Office site, by Japan Post Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuhide Kinugawa), West Japan Railway Company (Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Kazuaki Hasegawa), Osaka Terminal Building Co., Ltd. (Kita-ku, JR-West Hotels; President and CEO: Yoshihisa Hirano), and JTB Corporation (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Eijiro Yamakita).
