As the cold weather eases and flowers begin to bloom, the large windows of "The Bar," reaching all the way to the ceiling, offer a breathtaking view of the spring colors unique to the ancient capital of Nara, creating a tranquil springtime experience.
To enjoy your drinks while taking in the view, we offer not only classic options like wine, but also THE BAR's popular "Manyo Bijin," a drink made with Nara's cloudy sake, peach, and cherry blossom liqueur, available as a free-flow. In addition, we have a lineup of drinks to enhance the spring mood, including our original mocktail "Koharu-bi" made with cherry blossom syrup, and rosé sparkling wine.
For meals, we offer a menu that celebrates the warm spring season, featuring Italian dishes with a twist, such as "Linguine with Firefly Squid Genoese Style," a pasta dish with firefly squid prepared in the Genoese style, and "Cacciucco Livorno," a fish stew originating from the Tuscan port town of Livorno. For dessert, you can enjoy five types of sweets carefully selected by our pastry chef, featuring vibrant spring colors such as pink and light green.
