Hotel Vischio Amagasaki, operated by Amagasaki Hotel Development Co., Ltd. (Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture, President: Etsuko Oya), will be selling two new fruit mousses made with seasonal fruits at its cafe and restaurant "West River" from Monday, April 1st to Friday, May 31st, 2024.
Our new dessert is based on the concept of "a dessert where you eat the fruit," with the aim of letting you enjoy the deliciousness of fruit. We will be selling a mousse made with plenty of seasonal fruits.
This mousse evokes the refreshing feeling of spring and early summer, with its juicy and refreshing "Hyuganatsu" citrus and fresh, sweet and sour "strawberries."
