Hotel Vischio Amagasaki, operated by Amagasaki Hotel Development Co., Ltd. (Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture, President: Etsuko Oya), will be holding a "Golden Week Buffet" event at its cafe and restaurant "West River" for three days from May 3rd (Fri), 4th (Sat), and 5th (Sun), 2024, where guests can enjoy all-you-can-eat dishes prepared by the hotel's chefs.

For our Golden Week buffet, we have prepared a menu centered around bistro dishes that our hotel chefs excel at, with options that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, including families.
Our "roast beef," carved right in front of you by our staff, is a masterpiece created by our hotel chefs, cooked at a low temperature to achieve a moist and tender texture. We also offer "slow-cooked beef stew" with a rich red wine-infused demi-glace sauce, "seafood bouillabaisse" bursting with the flavor of seafood, and "chicken cordon bleu" with a crispy coating and juicy texture, which pairs perfectly with our refreshing tomato sauce.
In addition, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat access to over 30 other menu items, including our popular black curry, for 90 minutes.

Our kids' corner offers popular items like hamburgers, takoyaki, and french fries. We also have a crepe-making corner where children can create their own crepes by filling crepe batter with whipped cream, fruit sauce, and their favorite fruits. It's a fun activity for the whole family to enjoy.
