Hotel Granvia Hiroshima (Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, President: Masayoshi Shimada) will be holding a "Cafe&Buffet DISH PARADE" on the 2nd floor, available only on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from May 11th (Sat) to June 30th (Sun), 2024.

The welcome dessert, themed around "summer," features a shortcake and melon lemonade, both generously using melon, a quintessential early summer fruit. The shortcake plate, designed to evoke the beach, is a treat that will make you feel the arrival of early summer.
The buffet corner will offer a variety of colorful and refreshing sweets featuring melon and summer fruits, including "Melon Cream Puffs" with their irresistible combination of melon sweetness and fluffy pastry, "Melon Crepe Roll Cake" with its delightful melon aroma, "Melon Cream Soda Jelly" with its refreshing fizz that's like a cream soda, "Watermelon Jelly" with its fun layering, "Pineapple and Yellow Peach Seed Cake" with its tropical flavor that gets you in the summer, "Lemon Pie" with its perfect balance of lemon tartness and custard sweetness, as well as "Melon Macarons," "Two Kinds of Melon Bread," and "Orange Cake."
