The Korakuen Enhancement Committee has created a recipe collection, "Okayama Korakuen Garden Korakuen Lord's Feast Book," which recreates dishes eaten by the lord of Okayama Korakuen Garden Garden based on the historical document "Gokoen Shoji Tomecho" (Record of Various Matters in the Korakuen Garden), in order to create new attractions for Okayama Korakuen Garden Lord's Feast Book" and are offering Hotel Granvia Okayama version of the "Okayama Korakuen Garden Lord's Meal."

We have prepared a KIBIZEN meal featuring "Yuyakko (boiled tofu), Tai Ushio (sea bream with sushi sauce), Kamo Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard with duck), and Soramamekan (broad bean jelly)," which were traditional hospitality dishes served by daimyo families, along with Okayama's Chirashi Sushi, which originated from the austerity decrees of Ikeda Mitsumasa, the lord of Bizen Domain during the Edo period.
