Regarding temporary closures and changes to business operations at some facilities (updated January 19, 2021)

In light of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, JR-West Hotels has temporarily changed the operating procedures of some of its facilities, prioritizing the safety of our guests.

During the closure period, we will be offering set menus and à la carte options.

2020From Friday, March 6th
◆The French restaurant "Fleuve" on the 19th floor of the hotel will be changing its breakfast service.
◆Lunch service at the hotel's 19th-floor sky dining restaurant "Abu" will be suspended.
◆The "Strawberry & Sweets Night Buffet" at the Riverhead lounge on the 19th Lounge of the hotel will be suspended.
